The Proclaim Missions Conference exists to equip the body of Christ to be a missionary wherever God has them and proclaim the Gospel in their circles of influence. We pray people leave this conference with a deeper relationship with Christ and the tools to Proclaim His truth. This year’s conference will be on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Calvary Chapel Las Vegas and the keynote speakers will be Kay Arthur, Joel Rosenberg and more!

Registration Information

o   Tickets cost $75 for general admission and $40 for youth in grades 6-12.

o   All attendees are required to purchase a ticket regardless of age and you can do so at missions2018.org. All proceeds will go towards church planting and missions.

o   NO ADMITTANCE WITHOUT A TICKET – NO EXECPTIONS (electronic or paper).  Please make sure that if you purchased multiple tickets, you give everyone in your party a ticket.  Tickets are scanned at Check-in and no duplicate print-outs will be accepted.

What is the minimum age to attend the conference?

This conference is geared towards ages 12 and up.

Do you offer anything special for youth?

Yes! Youth in grades 6-12 will receive a discounted admission price of $40. They will also get to participate in a special youth luncheon with one of our speakers.

Do you offer childcare?

Unfortunately, we will not be providing childcare at this event.

What do I bring?

Bring a Bible, a pen, a notebook and money for lunch. We will provide a water and a granola bar.

o   Items that will not be allowed in the venue are: large purses or bags, backpacks, professional photography or videography equipment of any kind, homemade signs, banners, or selfie sticks. Please keep in mind that any item or bag coming into the conference is subject to search.

Where do I park?

We offer two parking lots on property as well as street parking and two dirt lot parking areas. Please arrive early to allow ample time for parking and check-in.

When and where can I check in?

o   Check-in is located in our high school building at the northeast door closest to the corner of Rosanna and Oquendo Rd.

o   Check-in will open at 7:15am and there will be signage to direct you to the check-in tables. You will receive your wristband upon check-in and will need to wear it the entire day.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 7:30am for priority seating and 7:45am for general admission.

Do you offer priority seating?

Yes! The meet and greet add-on package with Joel Rosenberg includes a free t-shirt as well as early admittance to the conference for priority seating.

Do you offer mobility assistance seating?

Yes, please arrive early to ensure accommodated seating.

How does lunch work?

o   We offer a 75 minute break for lunch and we will be having food trucks available on property for you to purchase your lunch. The trucks included will be Taco Fest, Burger Fest, Cousins Maine Lobster, The Best Corndogs, Goodness Gracious and Dazzling Bistro!

o   Youth in grades 6-12 will have the option to participate in our youth luncheon breakout session with one of our speakers. Lunch will be provided for youth participants.

Will the conference be live streamed?

The conference will not be live streamed and will only be available in person.

If you are traveling from out of town, the hotel in closest proximity to the church is the Holiday Inn Express located at 6220 S. Rainbow Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89118. We are also about 15 minutes from the Strip so any hotels in that area wouldn’t be too far either.
